Traveler's Titles
Traveler’s Titles shows the name of a biome or dimension on screen when you enter it. With Townstead, it also shows the village name when you walk into an MCA village.
What You See
Section titled “What You See”When you enter a village, a title appears in the same style as Traveler’s Titles biome titles:
- The large title is the village name, for example Riverbend.
- The subtitle is the village’s Community Spirit name, for example Harbor Town, Saltmarsh, or Crossroads.
A village with no spirit at 25 points yet shows Outpost.
This title replaces the gold MCA welcome message above the hotbar. Townstead still runs the rest of MCA’s arrival logic, so tax delivery on entry does not change.
Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”Traveler’s Titles is a client mod. Install it on the client of each player who wants the titles. The server does not need it.
When you join a world, your client tells the server whether Traveler’s Titles is installed. The server sends the village title only to players who have it. Players without Traveler’s Titles see the normal MCA welcome message.
Townstead does not have settings for this integration.
